CD-Copy Instructions for the original 1.0C CD:
- Create the following temporary directory:
- Copy the full contents of the original CD to TempDir.
- Extract the CRACK10C.EXE Patch from the File Archive to TempDir.
- Remove the Read-Only attribute from: APHAVOC.EXE
- Execute the Patch to remove the CD-Check from: APHAVOC.EXE
- When ready remove the Patch as it is not needed anymore.
- Burn the contents of TempDir to a CD-R and use the same CD-Label as the original CD.
- Play the game!
No-CD Instructions for the 1.1E Update:
- Install the game - Full installation.
- Apply the official Apache - Havoc v1.1E [ITALY] Update.
- Extract the CRACK11E.EXE Patch from the archive to the game directory.
- Execute the Patch to remove the CD-Check from: APHAVOC.EXE
- Play the Game!

CD-Copy Instructions:
- Copy the full contents of the CD to a temporary directory.
- Extract the DLRCKAVH.EXE patch from the archive into the same directory where also the APHAVOC.EXE file exists.
- Remove the Read-Only attribute from: APHAVOC.EXE
- Execute DLRCKAVH.EXE to remove the CD-Check.
- When ready remove the patch as it is not needed anymore.
- Extract the Audio tracks, except for that last one (track 6) as it is a dummy audio-track.
- Create a Mixed mode CD and burn the contents back to a 74 minutes CD-R.
- Play the Game!
No-CD Instructions:
- Install the game.
- Start the game, setup the graphics-card and exit the game.
- Extract the DLRCKAVH.EXE patch from the archive into the same directory where also the APHAVOC.EXE file exists.
- Execute DLRCKAVH.EXE to remove the CD-Check.
- Play the Game!

The Audio tracks can be extracted using EasyCD Creator or AudioGrabber.
It is also possible to burn the installed game to a CD-R as it doesn't have/need any registry settings! |

Use an 80 minutes CD-R or OverSize a 74 minutes CD-R to burn.
In some cases it is better to use the CD-Writer as Source CD-Reader as it is usually better able to read unreadable sectors. |
